Most career advice treats you like the problem.

Truthfully, in my experience, capable people rarely get stuck because they lack skill.
They get stuck because they're answering the wrong question.
"Should I quit?" is the wrong question.
"Do I still want this, and what do I want work to make possible now?" is the right one.
That's where we start.
ABOUT VICTORIA
I spent years as a Financial Services Director. Good title, good salary, lovely LinkedIn.
I also spent a lot of that time in meetings thinking, "I cannot do this anymore."
Since then, I've changed careers, moved countries, changed careers again, started businesses and started again when things went wrong. I've spent 25 years in leadership, talent development and organisational change, and I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach and accredited mediator.
I won't hype you up. I'll help you see what's actually going on, then make a deliberate decision about it.
