Digital Products, Programmes, and Financial Terms

Digital Products: Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our toolkits, guides, pre-recorded workshops, and downloadable products, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Coaching Packages & Programmes: Refund policies for higher-level coaching packages, intensives, or structured programmes are strictly governed by individual client agreements signed prior to commencement.

Payment Plans: Payment plans are strict financial commitments to pay the full balance of the programme or package across the agreed schedule; they are not trial periods or "try-before-you-buy" arrangements. Defaulting on a payment plan will result in automated notices, temporary suspension, and—if unresolved—revocation of access and referral to debt collection agencies for the full remaining balance plus associated recovery costs.

Community & Group Standards

If your purchase or programme includes access to private community spaces, group calls, or cohorts, participation is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces or live sessions at our complete discretion, without warning or refund, if behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of our standards.

User Contributions & Client Materials

By submitting text, comments, feedback, wins, or case study notes across our platforms, group spaces, or coaching sessions, you grant Victoria Canham Consultancy a non-revocable, commercial license to use, re-publish, or reference those submissions in whole or in part for marketing and business development purposes, unless you explicitly state otherwise in writing.
